Counselling in Weston-super-Mare

With a wealth of personal life experience, I can empathise deeply with you. While we each navigate our own unique experiences, I can genuinely understand and view situations from your perspective. I’ve stood where you are now—uncertain, perhaps hesitant to open up to a stranger—but it was the most liberating decision I’ve ever made.

Seeking help can be daunting, but it holds the power to unburden you from your troubles, enabling you to move forward and grow into the person you aspire to be. It offers a fresh perspective on yourself and your circumstances.

In a world filled with relentless demands on our time and energy, the pressure can overwhelm and impact our emotional well-being. Whether from relationships, work, or family issues past and present, these stressors often remain hidden until we take a closer look at ourselves.

Counseling can address a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, and self-esteem. It also offers support for those dealing with historical abuse and its associated trauma.

I provide face-to-face, telephone, or video counselling in a safe and supportive environment. Here, you can feel truly heard and supported as we work through any challenges you face. My practice is non-judgmental and open to everyone, regardless of background or walk of life.

“Once an experience is fully in awareness, fully accepted, then it can be coped with effectively, like any other clear reality.”
