I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. You may be feeling unsure, hesitant, or uncertain about opening up to someone you don’t yet know. I’ve been in that place myself, and I know how much courage it can take to ask for support. My own experience of counselling was a meaningful and liberating step, and it continues to inform the way I work with others.
I am a qualified counsellor with a Degree in Counselling, and I am a registered member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work in line with their ethical frameworks, offering a professional, confidential, and supportive service.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the importance of feeling genuinely heard and accepted. I aim to create a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you, at your own pace. While each person’s experiences are unique, I work with empathy and curiosity to understand the world from your perspective.
I offer face-to-face counselling in Weston-super-Mare, as well as telephone and online sessions across the UK. I welcome adults from all backgrounds and walks of life and aim to provide a calm, safe space where you can speak openly without fear of judgement or pressure.
